In this role, you will work with the local market to timely and accurately reconcile and program events in SAP.  Validate that correct contract terms are used on events.  Obtain proper approvals and program exceptions when needed.


  • Read and interpret contractual agreements with clients
  • Investigate failed calculation validations and resolve failure through contract changes
  • Enter Journal Entries in SAP
  • Enter contractual terms in SAP
  • Maintain Recoupable royalty schedule and analysis
  • Review calculation settlement reports
  • Prepare VIP payment settlement packages


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 0-2 years of relative experience
  • Knowledge of basis Excel skills
  • Current knowledge or the ability to learn SAP ICM
  • Current knowledge or the ability to learn TM Host
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience interpreting contracts and performing revenue share calculations and reconciliation
  • Royalties experience a plus
