The Field Technology Support Specialist will provide technology support for Ticketmaster clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technology support for Ticketmaster clients and Live Nation O&O venues.  This includes but is not limited to; Ticketmaster products (Point of Sale & Access Control), networks wired / wireless, and Food and Beverage systems
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues through efficient troubleshooting, thorough product knowledge, and proper escalation and communication
  • Follow established procedures for product installation and support
  • Track and report on client based work progress through Salesforce, providing case status updates to both management and clients in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with Ticketmaster clients, internal teams and Live Nation staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field, and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in PC’s, networking wired and wireless, as well as good electro-mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with Windows Server suite is preferred
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) paired with a professional communication style  
  • Self-motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and dependable team player with ability to work independently and under little supervision
  • Able to adapt to a constantly changing and at times stressful work environment
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
    (Note: candidates may be required to provide an official Driver Record).

This position requires flexibility with scheduling; ability to accommodate evening and weekend on-call shifts, including extended hours for summer festivals is a requirement of this role. (Note: Shifts may change to meet business needs).
