The Role.

This role is critical to establishing and maintaining best practices with Google Analytics web tagging, ensuring that the data is of high quality and user experience (e.g. site performance) is not diminished. This role is critical to achieving these standards across all of our core ticketing products.

You will work with different teams to data mine the quality of data through all stacks. You will also research issues in depth and over a period of time, habitually collect information from a variety of sources, to cut through complexity to identify key issues and create new concepts. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing all work to ensure the work is complete with high quality.

Required technology experience:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Analytics (GA)
  • HTML / JavaScript / CSS
  • Cross browser compatibilities
  • REST API principles
  • SQL (e.g. MySQL, BigQuery)
  • Agile (Scrum / Kanban)

Bonus experience (Not require, but if you have it, let us know!)

  • JQuery, React, Backbone, or other JavaScript frameworks
  • Client-side security best practices
  • SOA concept / micro-services
  • Familiarity with server side scripting and database concepts (PHP, PERL, MySQL, SQL etc)
  • Git
  • Automation Testing concepts
