The role:

This person assumes accountability and ownership for Ticketmaster client search and paid social program media and activation. The Senior Media Manager then ensures that all projects are delivered on time, accurate, to budget and to the required quality standard. He/she must direct and manage the daily workflow of the team, communicate service offerings to clients and identify new solutions and/or strategies for the client.

What the job is:

Account Management

  • Direct and manage the daily work flow of search programs, including but not limited to Account Management, Reporting, Billing, Client On-Boarding and Bid Management
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing.

Client Leadership

  • Create strategies for each client’s program, and ensure goals of client are being met.
  • Manage data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs.
  • Review client deliverables for quality and ensure that recommendations and end product are accurate and client facing.
  • Provide excellent communication via phone, emails and direct contact. Effectively create and deliver data to clients.
  • Meets specified deadlines of clients and internal teams.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members, including but not limited to Career development and path, Growth objectives of the team, Communication of employee reviews and assessments, skill monitoring and training

Process Improvement

  • Adopt program management and SEM best practices.
  • Identify and cross sell opportunities to clients.
  • Ensure teams are using tools and technology efficiently and effectively.


  • Oversee and Deliver flawless execution of SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Ensure error free campaign on-boarding and that each client spends to their exact budget.

What a qualified candidate should possess:

  • 3+ years of paid search experience
  • Experience juggling a large number of clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise using third-party SEM platforms such as Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search.
  • Experience managing client programs and communicating high quality strategy and results to clients.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
  • 2+ years of paid social marketing preferred
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize well, excellent time management
  • Ability to use measurement and analysis to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a growing company with increasing needs.
  • Possess high competency level in MS Office products including Excel and Word.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
