The role:

The OnTour Intern plays a critical role in assisting the team with the tactical execution of the suite of premium offers and custom programs for the artist community.  This role will assist the OnTour team with various office duties, including compiling data for reports and tracking of various internal work requests.  The OnTour team is responsible for setting up offers on national tours such as presales, VIP packages, albums with ticket offers, platinum ticketing, merch upsells, etc. 

What the internship is:

  • Review tour itineraries to identify which venues are ticketed by Ticketmaster
  • Assist in pulling ticket sales data for reports and tour analysis
  • Scan events on Ticketmaster’s websites to ensure that Artist Services offers are properly presented
  • Research artist websites for potential business opportunities
  • Assist team members in the completion of various work-order forms and tracking of progress
  • Assist with the implementation of album redemption email campaigns

What a qualified intern should possess:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and basic web-based protocols and communication tools
  • Passion for music
  • Internet savvy
