Job Summary:

The Housekeeping staff will work a variety of scheduled duties of cleaning and maintenance throughout the center. Duties will and/or may include cleaning of bathrooms, break rooms, floors (mopping and waxing), carpets (vacuuming and shampooing), windows, administrative offices, floor workstations and center console. Outdoor area clean up including replacing trash bags, cleaning trash bins and trash pick-up.  Housekeeping staff must maintain adequate supplies of paper products, hand washing soaps and other cleaning materials.  Some maintenance such as air conditioning filter changes, fixtures and light-bulb changes and assistance on general maintenance and repairs as necessary.


Successful candidates should have prior experience in housekeeping/maintenance.  Staff must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and experience with cleaning equipment and machinery. Knowledge and experience with Safety issues/programs would be a plus. Individual must possess strong work ethic and good organizational skills. Must also have the ability to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and evenings should it be necessary.
