The role:

This intern will assist the SEM team with Ticketmaster external and internal clients. He/she has a background in Marketing and understanding of Paid Search Marketing. Must possess analytics and communication skills.  Reporting to Sr. Media Manager the Intern provides assistance to internal teams.

What the internship is:

Account Management

  • Assist in developing, creating and optimizing paid search campaigns for internal team
  • Assist in budget pacing and QA’ing campaigns
  • Assists in keyword and copy development for clients

Program Management

  • Assist in monitoring, analyzing and reporting performance results

Process Improvement

  • Work in a collaborative environment with other team members to help develop, maintain, and grow search programs
  • Adopt program management and SEM best practices.
  • Meets with manager daily to discussing outstanding action items and client deliverables Tracks work assignments daily


What a qualified intern should possess:

  • Enrolled in a BA/BS/BBA in Business, Marketing or related.
  • Previous internships/related work experience a plus.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access, or other big data software.
  • Must be eligible for school credit/unpaid internship and able to supply a letter stating so from school administrator
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
