The role:

As the Sales Enablement lead for Ticketmaster, you have an entrepreneurial spirit, rolling up your sleeves to proactively support our sales teams. Embedded across all our segments, you will uncover the biggest challenges facing our teams and develop solutions and programs designed to overcome these challenges and drive new sales and renewals. With a keen marketing acumen, you will develop tools and content that sales needs and create a plan to help drive and measure team adoption.

What the job is:

  • Sales Presentations – Regularly updated and consistent in design and narrative, these sales presentations will be used to help Sales be prescriptive in their conversations with clients and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Competitive Intelligence – Keeping a finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape across all products and services and developing competitive analysis and battlecards to displace the competition.
  • Internal Communications – Develop and manage a consolidated internal communication program for segment teams. Manage internal all-hands sales calls and internal newsletter.
  • Knowledge Management – Develop and manage a sales enablement repository that serves up the right information at the right time for the right selling conversation. Transform Ticketmaster’s vast tribal knowledge into actionable assets for the segment teams.  
  • Win/Loss Analysis – Work with Sales Operations and Sales to analyze deals won and lost and develop internal assets to educate the field.
  • Measurement and Feedback – Develop a plan to drive adoption of sales tools and content. Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.

What a qualified candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree; English, business, and marketing majors preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Creative and strategic thinker
