The Role:

Are you a dynamic speaker in front of small and large groups?  Do you understand what it takes to be a great business partner?  Do you have experience in designing and implementing talent programs & training?  Can you walk the line between internal OD consultant, expert facilitator, content developer, and project manager?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Organizational Development professional at Ticketmaster!  In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with HR leaders and business clients, running programs and logistics, as well as being an Organization and Talent Development professional in executing the OD and talent development strategy for Ticketmaster. This will include designing, developing and facilitating training content, and facilitating a variety of workshops and team building for our Ticketmaster teams. Position could require up to 40% travel.


  • Create educational content for workshops, e-learning, and webinars focused on professional skills, e.g. emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, communication skills, and effective feedback
  • Creatively market and generate interest in talent programs; manage communications and attendance
  • Help coordinate, organize and support the logistics of talent development and talent management
  • Lead and facilitate various training & development workshops and team building for employees
  • Ability to do needs assessment and facilitate workshops/ interventions according to business need
  • Create relevant surveys and analyze data to form people-related recommendations and evolution of talent and training programs
  • Serve as project manager for talent and training programs
  • Help support and execute the Performance and Talent Management strategy for maximum effectiveness across division
  • Facilitate performance management and talent review training sessions and coach employees on performance management and talent review best practices



  • B.A Degree required, advanced degree preferred in psychology, organizational development, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in organizational development, facilitation, or employee professional skills training
  • Exceptional and engaging presentation and coaching skills; the ability to flex style dependent on audience
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees
  • Open to and demonstrated success in rolling up one’s sleeves to ensure programs and related activities are flawless from helping prep materials, marketing programs, managing attendance and training communications, partnering with vendors, to setting up and breaking down the classroom, leading discussions, and following-up with surveys
  • Excellent project management skills, and deep knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Stays abreast of current OD and learning trends
  • Demonstrated ability to make training and coaching programs entertaining, exciting, and engaging


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBTI, Crucial Conversations, and Situational Leadership certified
  • Captivate or Storyline experience
  • 360 degree survey experience
  • Advanced degree in Psychology or HR-related field
  • Workday experience
