The role:

As the largest North American ticketing company, Ticketmaster is the fifth largest e-commerce platform and has tremendous marketing assets, including a large customer database (nearly 100 M in the U.S.), a large set of engagement marketing tools (particularly Pardot), and a seasoned team of B2B Marketers that are devoted to helping artists, sports teams, and theater productions provide the best fan experience. All that’s missing is you!

What the internship is:

  • Assist team in day-to-day B2B marketing activities
  • Assist demand gen activities including production of emails in Pardot
  • Support team by managing all B2B projects in project management tool (Wrike)
  • Assist in the reorganization of content repositories

What a qualified intern should possess:

  • Passion for music, sports, pop culture, arts & theater and/or family events
  • Must be enrolled in a college or university prior to starting internship
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage a fast paced work environment, multi-task and take direction from multiple sources, and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
