Job Summary:

This position will report to the Head of HR for Canada and will support benefits administration activities for all employees in our Canadian Operations to include Live Nation Canada, Universe, and Ticketmaster Canada and all Ticketmaster recruitment initiatives. This position will offer significant growth and development opportunities for the right individual!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Identify recruitment needs, sources candidates and manage the onboarding process
  • Source candidates for positions through traditional and non-traditional methods
  • Assess candidates fit through behavioural/ performance based interviews
  • Manage internal recruitment process and facilitate feedback sessions
  • Build and track candidate pipeline ensuring they meet requirements for open vacancies
  • Network and brand Ticketmaster as an Employer of Choice within major markets


  • Train hiring managers on Hiring Right Program
  • Lead and facilitate diversity training initiatives (unconscious biases)


  • Welcome all new hires
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Assist managers with training and orientation schedule


  • Administer all benefit programs including RRSP, Group Benefits and EAP
  • Create and organize employee perks
  • Administer leaves of absence for employees and provide regular updates
  • Manage relationships with outside benefit vendors

  • File confidential information, documents, etc. in employee files; archive employee files as necessary
  • Actively participate in diversity activities
  • General office administration

Skills & Qualities Desired:

  • Work comfortably independently and with remote teams
  • Experience recruiting various levels; focusing on 5-7 positions at one time
  • Must be able to work efficiently and calmly in an extremely fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Proficient MS Office skills and strong efficiency with HRIS Systems
  • Strong and constant communicator
  • Energetic and able to work as part of a team
  • Experience working with Workday is an asset

Education & Knowledge Desired

  • Bachelors degree with Human Resources Management focus
  • Minimum 2 year(s) experience in an HR role
  • Solid understanding of Employment Standards in all provinces
