The role:

The Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk is responsible for the generation of various types of invoices for the Ticketmaster Accounts Receivable department and when applicable, inputting client contractual billing rates into the Oracle contract management system.

What the job is:

  • Ensure all Invoicing requests meet the requirements needed for audit purposes and to generate a client Invoice.
  • Ensure that all Invoicing is happening in a timely and accurate manner. Work with the Invoice requestor and the A/R Supervisor to confirm terms, amount and address.
  • Complete GL Account reconciliations as assigned by Supervisor
  • Ensure that desk procedures are documented and kept current with the changing environment
  • Support the A/R Supervisor as needed when needed
  • Manage the returned Invoice process
  • Manage and maintain the Invoice documentation needed for Audit and review purposes
  • Answering inquires form Clients (both Internally & Externally) concerning Open/Closed A/R items

What a qualified candidate should possess:

  • College Degree with Accounting/Finance course work and/or major preferred
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheet and database software as appropriate
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Must be flexible, self-starter, change oriented, self-motivated team player
