What's Not to Love
As a proud division of Live Nation Entertainment, we think we’ve got a lot to offer, from meaningful projects with global impact to a fun-loving culture.
Our people are our number one asset, and one of our most important investments. From ongoing coaching, leadership development, executive-led learning series, networking, and innovation sessions, including our Intern Hackathon competition, you're in for some serious on-the-job skill sharpening and professional growth.
Our commitment to diversity goes beyond the hiring process. Our vibrant employee resource groups were formed to promote community, create an inclusive workplace culture, and foster personal and professional development. Plus they throw some pretty cool events.
All work and no play? No way! We come together at more than just meetings. In fact, there's a fun get-together on the calendar every month, including our annual Halloween bash and costume contest, and sometimes you can even catch a live band on the roof at our Hollywood headquarters.
This internship is one you won’t forget. Ticketmaster is an industry leading brand with international recognition. While intern projects vary, you’ll support work that’s meaningful and has real-world impact from day one. Over 80 million fans interact with our brand every single month. Talk about impact!
Our internship program is anything but boring.
We took some pics during a typical work week, which is anything but that at Ticketmaster.

Usually 12 weeks, 40 hours/week, although unpaid internships are part time (16-25 hours/week).
We generally have one start date at the end of May and two in June. Summer internships usually run about 12 weeks and wrap mid-August to early September, based on the start date.
Yes, different internships get approved throughout the fall and spring so definitely check back later for new additions.
Just as we provide joyful, entertaining fan experiences, we value fun in the workplace. From Hackathons to ice cream socials, learning events led by executives to intern networking lunches, we make sure to balance your dynamic projects with awesome programmatic elements.
Ticketmaster focuses our internships in the summer. That being said, you may see part-time internship postings from time to time on our career site that we indicate are for the fall or spring. You also may see good Live Nation Entertainment internship matches on http://www.livenationentertainment.com/careers/northamerica/
Many of our internships are paid. The unpaid ones indicate that they are for course credit in the description.
No, but we do have a few music events at some locations that are free for employees as well as interns.
Some locations offer parking and metro passes.
Yes, international students are encouraged to apply.
You do need U.S. work authorization (CPT if you are international) to intern for Ticketmaster.
We typically target intern candidates who have at least one semester left of school after the internship ends.
If your resume is selected, you will have a phone interview with the recruiter. Some of those interviewed will proceed to final round in-person interviews (or video interviews, if in-persons are a hardship). Occasionally there are additional steps in the process, such as coding assignments or additional phone interviews.
It depends. It may be some time before you hear back after a resume submission that a hiring team is interested in moving forward. But once you start interviewing, we try our best to move you through the process in a timely manner.
Once you are selected and in the interview process, you can certainly check-in with your recruiter for status updates.
If you feel you are qualified and interested in multiple internships, sure! Please know often one internship posting corresponds to several internship openings on different teams looking for similar skill sets.
Hollywood, Scottsdale, and Rolling Meadows/Chicago are our three biggest, and we have had several interns also in Chantilly, Seattle, and Denver.
It depends on the team—quite possibly.
All intern projects are carefully selected by managers to ensure interns are closely mentored throughout their projects to ensure meaningful learning experiences that integrate learning in the classroom with practical application and skill development in a professional setting. Past tech interns have supported projects for API code, site reliability, and optimization for site and app features. Past non-tech interns have supported projects for display ads, fan club engagement, and campaign analytics.
